STEAM Story Time: Reptiles

The first-ever STEAM Story Time is letting Extant Relatives bring some of our scaled friends to join the fun! Listen to an amazing story, meet some equally amazing reptiles, build a toad or frog house, and more! This event is primarily intended for children ages 3-7.

Meet at Thornberry Dog Park

Encourage reptiles and amphibians in your backyard by recreating the habitats they live in. Meet at Thornberry Dog Park for a herp-spotting adventure on the Iowa River Trail. We will take a close look at where these animals choose to live and discuss how we can encourage them to take up residence in our backyards. All ages welcome, but expect some off-roading.
